In addition to all of The Day of Details this
package includes the following:

Second
consultation to include event design, planning,
vendor recommendations, review of your budget
and planning tools.

Assistance with 5
vendor selections.

Wedding review
consultation (6-8 weeks out) – Review all event
details, bridal party line up, reception
layout, plan ceremony, finalize all other
details and creation of time line and custom
event order.

Final Consultation
(1-2 weeks out) – Confirm all final details and
arrangements, final adjustments to timeline.
Consultant to take all vendor payments to be
made at the event as well as all items that will
be needed for ceremony and reception. (Keepsake
items, programs, and favors etc...

Confirm all vendor
arrival/delivery times.

Distribute
timeline to all vendors, wedding party and
family members.

Attend and manage
ceremony rehearsal

Day of
Coordination to Include
-
Two Event
coordinators onsite for ceremony and
reception. (Additional event coordinators
may be needed for larger weddings at an
additional charge)

Make sure ring
bearer and flower girl are all set with
their flowers and pillow as needed. (We also
bring along a special “prizes” for young
children in the ceremony to encourage them
to get down the aisle.)
