Elizabeth Janecka
Coming from a small town, Weimar, Texas, and from a
large family, I quickly realized that I enjoyed
working with people and wanting to make them happy.
While in high school, I learned that a career in
event planning was the correct path for me. I
gained a lot of valuable experience from the many
leadership roles I took on; from heading all of the
details of the Junior-Senior Prom to being president
of many organizations.
While attending Texas State University, I have held
numerous leadership positions. I was also involved
in a nationwide public relations competition where I
constructed, implemented and evaluated an entire PR
plan. I will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in
Public Relations in December from Texas State
University – San Marcos.
I
have been in the professional event planning
business for a year. I joined the team of

Event Wedding and Consulting, this year. Because of
my work ethic, enthusiasm and creativity I will
