Details? Who has time for details? You are the busy
bride who can’t be bothered with the endless tasks,
deadlines and details. This is your party and you
want to enjoy every moment from the first flower
selection to the last dance. Let us handle all the
stress and management of your big day.
In
addition to all of the services listed in the “Share
the Details with Me” your package will
include the following:

Assistance with ALL vendor
selection at Bride’s discretion.
- Includes
site visits/appointments with all vendors.
- Set up of
all appointments.
- Assist in
all contract negotiation.
- Unlimited
phone and email access.
- Arrange
Out-Of-Town Guest Accommodations
- Rate
negotiation and contract review.
- Monitor
Pick-Up to ensure contract obligations are
met.
- Offer
suggestions for Welcome Bags including
things to do while in Austin, assembly and
delivery of bags to hotel(s). (Cost of
materials not included)
- Invitations
- Assist
with design and selection.
- Delivery
and pick up to Calligrapher.
- Stuffing
and mailing of invitations. (Postage paid by
Bride.)
- Monthly
progress meetings.
- Reminders for
deposits, and all other event related “Due
Dates”.
- Attend bridal
photo shoot. (Up to 4 Hours)
- Submit
Engagement Announcement to Newspapers.
- Assistance
with marriage license.
- Additional Day
of Services Include the following:
- Management of
Rehearsal dinner arrangements and management of
dinner (As Needed)
- Return of
Tuxedo(s), linen and cake rentals.

cleaners and preserver, if needed
